Responsibilities include:

• Create and maintain professional relationships with Skylytics’ customers

• Act as an advocate for the customer within Skylytics to ensure outstanding customer experience

• Hold project team members and associated resources accountable for all projects and engagement delivery

• Maintain project time frame, budget estimates, and status reports for any projects or programs within the area of accountability

• Facilitate regular project team meetings and communicate action items

• Work with Development Teams & Management to plan out resources across projects and pipeline

• Work with stakeholders and project team to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Ensure completion of projects within budget and scheduling restraints

• Maintain compliance with organization security and data privacy requirements

• Identify potential blockers and mitigation strategies to risks using a proactive approach
