Our client was looking to launch an AI-driven IoT platform designed to unify device data, streamline integration, and reduce time-to-insight. The platform needed to be technically robust and scale to meeting their large customer demands. The project faced four critical challenges:

Our Approach

Skylytics collaborated closely with the client’s engineering and go-to-market teams to develop a refined set of requirements and architectural designs for the new platform. With the clients goal of 'any data, any device', Skylytics deployed Large Language Models (LLMs) to quickly process incoming data, allowing for on-demand chatbot driven visualizations.

An AI driven data processing layer was created to generate insights immediately after a device connects. Integrating LLM's into the processing pipeline, the platform auto-provisions and auto-parses new devices dynamically, removing the complexity of device identification and registration.
